Commercial V1 pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms.

Service operator
Andres Plaza, operating TradingWaves Journal in Spain
Full service-provider details are available in the Legal Notice.

Free, Pro and Elite

Start Free creates a permanent Free account. No payment card is required, there is no timed free trial and Free does not automatically convert to a paid plan.

The Pro reference value is EUR 24.99 monthly or EUR 239 annually. The Commercial V1 launch offer is EUR 19.99 monthly or EUR 199 annually, VAT included in the displayed consumer price. Eligibility is bounded by the configured early-launch cohort or window. A qualifying launch price remains assigned only while that qualifying subscription remains continuously active; cancellation ends the price guarantee and later reacquisition uses the pricing context then available. This is not marketed as a lifetime price. Elite is a future premium tier and is not currently offered for new purchase. New Founding acquisition is not offered for initial Commercial V1.

Payment and renewal

Stripe is the payment provider for initial Commercial V1. Stripe handles payment-card details; TradingWaves Journal does not claim to store raw card details.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable interval until cancelled. The checkout flow must show the applicable plan, price and interval before confirmation. Taxes or invoice information are handled as required for the transaction and customer location.

Cancellation and access

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and access normally continues through the end of the already-paid subscription period. After paid access ends, the account may continue on Free subject to the Free service terms.

Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights

Mandatory consumer withdrawal and refund rights under applicable law are preserved and are not waived by this policy. Outside refunds required by law, payments are normally non-refundable after the relevant paid service period has begun.

The operator may issue a discretionary refund in appropriate circumstances, including duplicate billing, material technical failure or another exceptional case. A request may be sent to billing@tradingwavesjournal.com.

Where immediate digital-service performance requires a specific consent or acknowledgement, the checkout must obtain it before relying on it. This policy does not itself record consent or remove a statutory right.

Failed payments, plan changes and questions

Failed or overdue payments may limit paid access in accordance with the subscription state. Available plan changes are presented through the approved billing interface; no unsupported transition is promised. Billing questions or disputes may be sent to billing@tradingwavesjournal.com.
