Operator and eligibility

TradingWaves Journal is a product and service operated by Andres Plaza in Spain, not a separately incorporated company. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

TradingWaves Journal provides trading-journal and analytics software and educational or informational tooling. It does not provide personalized investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management or guarantees of trading performance.

Trading and investing involve risk. You remain responsible for your decisions, records and use of any information shown by the service.

Accounts and Free access

Start Free creates a permanent Free account without a payment card. Initial Commercial V1 has no timed free trial and no automatic conversion from Free to a paid subscription. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify support@tradingwavesjournal.com of suspected unauthorized use.

Paid plans

Pro is an optional recurring subscription offered monthly or annually through Stripe. Elite is a future premium tier and is not currently available for new purchase. Prices, renewal, cancellation and refund information are described in Billing and Cancellation. Buying a paid plan does not change the no-investment-advice position.

Your content

You retain ownership of journal and trading data you provide. You give the operator only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display that content to deliver and secure the service. You are responsible for having the right to provide imported or uploaded data.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious material, violate another person’s rights, or use the service unlawfully. Do not present TradingWaves Journal output as guaranteed performance or personalized professional advice.

Availability, suspension and termination

The service may change, be maintained or experience interruptions. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using Free or cancel a paid subscription at any time.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, profit or trading outcome, and the operator is not responsible for losses caused by trading decisions made by the user.

Law, disputes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without removing mandatory protections or forums available to consumers under applicable law. Please contact support@tradingwavesjournal.com first so concerns can be addressed.
