Andres Plaza, operating TradingWaves Journal in Spain
Full service-provider details are available in the Legal Notice.
Who operates the service
TradingWaves Journal is a product and service operated by Andres Plaza in Spain. It is not represented as a separately incorporated company. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@tradingwavesjournal.com.
Data covered by this policy
Depending on how you use the service, we process account details such as name and email address; journal, trade and analytics data that you enter or import; subscription and billing status; technical and security logs; and support communications.
Stripe processes payment-card details for paid subscriptions. TradingWaves Journal receives the subscription and billing information needed to operate the account, but does not claim to store raw card details.
Why data is used
We use data to create and secure accounts, provide journal and analytics features, administer subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and meet applicable legal obligations.
The basis for processing depends on the context and may include providing the service you requested, complying with law, protecting the service and its users, or consent where it is specifically requested. We do not use this policy to authorize advertising or behavioural tracking.
Service providers and international processing
We use service providers where needed to host and operate the service, deliver communications and process payments. Stripe is the payment provider for initial Commercial V1. Providers may process data in countries different from yours; applicable legal protections and provider terms continue to apply.
Retention
Account and journal data is retained while needed to provide the account and is deleted or anonymized after closure when no longer required, subject to reasonable backup, security, dispute and legal-record obligations. Billing records may be retained for statutory accounting periods. Security logs and support records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Requests may be sent to privacy@tradingwavesjournal.com; identity verification may be required before account data is disclosed or changed.
Security and changes
We use the controls described in the Security Overview, but no online service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice, and mandatory rights are not limited by this policy.
